Silkscreen Legend Ref Des Outside Body Outline

It would be nice if the tool could place the silkscreen Ref Designator outside of the body outline. 

I always place it manually near pin 1. 

When placed anywhere outside the body, it can be right; inside (under) the body it is always wrong and requires an edit.
