Altium: 3D Bodies revert to Extrusion (from STEP)

   Hello everyone,
Working with Altium 21.9.2.
Generating Footprint with 3D from: Footprint Expert EE 2021 Cloud 2021.20

When I import footprints the first time in Altium, the 3D body is the STEP. After closing Altium, then reopening 'some' of the Footprint Expert 2021. If I refresh the libraries in Altium the STEP will last as long as Altium is open (I can close/open the project numerous times and the STEP remains).

I've been working with Altium support, and we've found a solution for the problematic parts (to add a new 3D step from another source).

Does anyone else have this issue?
