KiCAD solder mask margin

   Playing with LE Pro to try generating KiCAD footprints, mostly excellent results.  We use copper defined pads so I define solder mask aperture 0.05 bigger than the copper pad, this appears as expected in LE but not in the exported KiCAD footprint.

LE needs to add (solder_mask_margin n.nn) to the pad definition, where n.nn is the margin, when the solder mask setting !=0.00 in LE
