After creating the output data ( Expedition&Step)  I want to output the part to the printer for review purposes.

But I get the following message:

If I check my licenses,  I find the Library Expert Pro License, but also the "old" evaluation license.
I asume that this old license is causing the problem.  But I have no idea how to remove the old license.

Can you tell me how to get rid of the old evaluation license.  Hopefully this will solve the issue.

There are 3 types of FPX file formats -
  1. Calculator - requires all component dimensions and provides the best printing options
  2. FP Designer - requires only component body length, width and height to auto-generate the Drafting Outlines. This provides minor print options because it's a mfr. recommended pattern using the pad size and locations provided by the component manufacturer. This data is in the mfr. datasheet.
  3. PADS to FPX - these are very complex pad shapes and are currently created using PADS Layout and converted to FPX file format. These have no printer option.

If you're using the Professional version and getting this message, you're likely having issues accessing the key. If this is the case, you can point your client machine to the server per these instructions:

Following the above procedure does not make any difference.

As far as i can see, there is no problem accessing the key.  I can create a components and generate output for Expedition and 3D step.

Only with printing I get the message about the free software version that does not allow printing.

Are you using V2017.11?

If so, you might want to do a complete uninstall and delete all folders and reinstall from scratch.

Save your personal Preference and FPX files.
