Version 2012.23 has just been released!

Fixes & Updates:
  • PADS V9.4 Thermal Pad Paste Mask was not associated copper
  • CADSTAR rectangular thermal tabs now import properly
  • CADSTAR paste mask checkerboards
  • Translator dialog GUI should now display properly if the user is using medium fonts
  • Auto-update is working
  • Enhanced efficiency of memory handling

NEW:

  • Added many new packages to the mfr. FPX files for customers
  • Updated the SM FPX file and removed obsolete parts
  • CADSTAR – Added two extra texts COMP_NAME and COMP_NAME2

Outstanding Issues (to be fixed soon):

  • Batch Create for Through-hole parts does not work yet
  • Axial Lead Polarized Capacitor is producing an incorrect Footprint Name (missing a “P” CAPPAD)
  • Cannot create a 2-pin SIP footprint
  • Set New Pin 1 feature for QFN, PQFN, LCC and QFP broken
