    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=45">budnoel</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 496<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14 Aug 2012 at 9:04am<br /><br />Note 4 indicates that there is a pad on top and bottom of pcb but it doesn't give the size.&nbsp; Note 3 indicates what the angle of rotation for location of the second hole.&nbsp;&nbsp; I created a 10.02 pad with a 5.15 hole for the first padstack and made it a pin.&nbsp; The second smaller hole I simply created a 2.55 diam hole and placed it accordingly.&nbsp; That seemed to work.&nbsp; Thanks for the response.]]>
