Use the Through-hole "Flange Mount" Vertical or Horizontal calculators.

The Thermal Pad is a Plated though-hole for a mounting screw that should have a direct connection to the plane. i.e.: No Thermal Relief.

I have to build a cell for this package. It is a through hole with a thermal pad. What do I do with the thermal pad? I don't need to create a pad for it, correct?
