No connection will lock up the Lite. The Pro version doesn't have ads and does not require an internet connection. Please try the following (Win10), but you should be able to follow along the way for Win7 and Win8:</div><div><br></div><ol><li>Open "Settings" or "Control "Panel"</li><li>Select "Network and Sharing Center"</li><li>Select "Internet Options", "Connections" tab, and "LAN Settings" button</li><li>Select the "Advanced" button</li><li>Add "www.PCBLibraries.com" to the exception list and click OK</li></ol><div>If you prefer, you can also take advantage of the Library Expert Pro promotions we have and get in at a good price. Same error message every time.</div><div><br></div><div>Why does Expert Lite look for a licence server? How can I run Expert Lite without this problem?</div>]]>
