As Allegro/OrCAD PCB users know.. making non-plated padstacks in Allegro/OrCAD PCB can be problematic and throw a warning that must be bypassed for each and every non-plated TH padstack. Courtesy of user DickMS, the below shows how you get to the option in Allegro/OrCAD PCB to suppress it once you go Setup -> User Preferences. The option must be checked to bypass.
