New 2013.09 build is posted - minor updates:
 
Fixed the origin text error and a recent bug report in the default preference file.

Version 2013.09 was just released!!
 
NEW:
  • Modified installation/folder structure - RECOMMENDED ACTIONS to eliminate redundant folders that will likely confuse you:
    • Back up any FPX files you have in the PCBL folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\PCB Libraries)
    • Uninstall Library Expert
    • Delete PCBL folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\PCB Libraries)
    • Install 2013.09
    • Updated BGA FPX

 FIXED:

  • Component manufacturer recommended footprint for 2 pin parts
  • Formatting and saving the User and Default component preferences
