Swap "D" and "D1" dimensions.

I am making footprint for LM3886 https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm3886.pdf

Attached is my footprint expert setting:


And here is the picture of the actual part:

You'll note that the odd pins are further away from the body of the device, unlike the generated footprint.

Unfortunately TI have not provided a recommended footprint for this package (package code NDA0011B), so I can't just use Footprint Expert.

Is there a way on the TO220 to swap which pins are furthest from device body?
